Retreat Information

The Oklahoma Beltane Festival and Retreat at Osage Hills State Park is an 18+ event. All attendees will be asked to show photo ID to confirm identity and age.

All attendees will be asked to sign a waiver of liability and emergency consent to medical care. These forms will be kept on file with our Site Safety and Logistics Department Head.

In the event you or someone in your party requires medical attention, trained safety personnel certified in CPR and first aid will be on-site at all times, and a first aid kit will be located in the dining hall.

Osage Hills State Park is federal land, so marijuana use is strictly prohibited. Cigarette smoking and vaping will only be allowed in the park-designated smoking area.

Osage Hills State Park is sacred land for many people, including us, so we expect each attendee to leave the park better than they found it.

Weekend event pricing includes accommodations for two nights, dinner Friday night, three meals Saturday, breakfast Sunday, and all scheduled festival activities.

Overnight stays take place in group cabins, which are furnished with twin bunk beds and a window HVAC unit. For the weekend stay, you should bring your sheets, blankets, pillows, power strips/cords, snacks and drinks for in-between meal times, camping chairs for personal use, bug spray, and sunscreen.

Showers and bathrooms are separate from cabins, so bring sandals for showers, towels, and a toiletry bag.

All able-bodied weekend festival attendees (with the exception of working festival staff) will be asked to choose one short volunteer shift to help build community and contribute to the success of the festival. Shifts can be chosen at check-in (first come, first choice) from a range of tasks, including but not limited to the following:

village crier announcer
setup/tear down
single meal prep help
single meal serving line
kitchen cleanup
dining room cleanup
restroom tidying and restock
litter control
backup safety team volunteer (requires CPR/First Aid training)
helper to event director
hospitality greeter/mingler

Standard (March 15th – April 11th): $225
Last Call (April 12th – April 23rd): $250

Accommodations, Compliance, and Regulations

We are committed to event accessibility. Please list any specific requirements you have below so our Safety and Logistics Manager can coordinate with you. Two ADA-accessible cabins are available (please indicate interest). A small accessible lot is located near the cabins and a larger one near the dining hall. A valid disability placard or license plate is required to park in these areas. A shuttle from the cabin area to the dining hall area may be provided as necessary

Deposit, Refund & Transfer Terms

I have read and agree to the Oklahoma Beltane Festival & Retreat 2026 Pass Terms & Conditions: DEPOSIT: I understand that 20% of my ticket price is a non-refundable deposit for site and food costs. REFUND REQUESTS: All requests must be submitted in writing to admin@okbeltane.org – no later than April 1. REFUND SCHEDULE: 80% refund through Mar 14; – 30% refund Mar 15 – Apr 1. No refunds after April 1st. PASS TRANSFERS: Festival pass transfers to another person are permitted until April 15, 2026, with a written request.
